A booking reserves a specific parking bay for a driver during their booking window and no one else can access it. Simple, easy and stress free.
Drivers can can extend the duration of their booking either before or during the booking window all in app.
Each Location has it’s own parking rules, which are automatically implemented in our platform.

Visitor parking bays can be set up as pre-booked, time-limited or rule-based:
Residents send visitors an invitation to their building which allows them to book a visitor parking bay
The visitor books a visitor parking spot themselves directly
On arrival, the visitor lowers the bollard and parks
When time expires, the visitor drives off and the bollard automatically re-locks and the bay is available again
Visitors receive real-time notifications about when their time is close to expiry or if they have overstayed.
If visitors overstay or breach the rules both they and the building manager receive real-time notifications and the building’s parking rules are automatically implemented, including enforcement of any overstay fees.
This removes paper permits, guesswork and “first in, best dressed” habits that often drive complaints.

EV Charging and Future-Readiness

Yes. A raised bollard in front of each EV bay physically prevents unauthorised vehicles from parking. Only the booked EV user can lower it, so chargers stay available for the drivers who need them.

Our Parking Spotz devices are ultra-low-power. The batteries in the bollards are designed to last 6-12 months depending on usage before recharging is required.
Admins are notified well in advance of when the batteries need to be changed - our Admin Portal flags low-battery alerts well before.
We provide you with a spare battery for each Smart Bollard on set up, so you can always have one ready to change out.

Parking Spotz has an inbuilt back up Universal Power Supply (UPS) which keeps the system going for 6-8 hours even after mains power has gone out.
Bollards continue to operate because they are not dependent on mains power. Where optional peripherals do require power, they simply resume once power returns; your core bay control remains independent.

Our Admin portal shows real-time status and alerts if a device is offline. Our support can run remote diagnostics and guide a reset if needed. If a replacement is required, it is straightforward to swap out.
